Buy books to help fund the new Woodland Library

Supporters of the Woodland Library are hosting a book sale next week.

People can purchase used books at the Lewis River Fellowship Church, 2000 Lewis River Rd, on March 15 and 16 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to help fund library operations and construct the city’s new library building, which is expected to be completed in the fall.

According to the Friends of Woodland Community Library, the sale will include books that are mysteries, science fiction, romance and fantasy, as well as books for young adults and children.

Book topics such as westerns, military and cooking are discussed, as well as DVDs, CDs, audio books and puzzles.
