Duck Cover Sneeze
This H1N1 info graphic at my former university SFU is a prime example of how we communicate with each other these days. In this case sneezing into the crook of your arm is supposed to limit the spread of the disease — unless of course you rub your inner elbow onto people as you converse with them, or if for whatever reason you decide to turn door knobs with your inner elbow rather than your hands.
