Delta Vancouver Suites Hotel Review
Overall Impression
The Delta is in a good location close to Seabus, Canada Line, Skytrain, and Gastown. The area has an above average number of panhandlers and homeless, but the hotel is on the border of that area, so it is not too bad. Harbour Centre and Simon Fraser University Downtown Campus is across the street. The hotel itself is what you’d expect from Delta. Good, but not particularly unique. The room on the other hand are quite nice and very well laid out. Mine had a screened off bedroom area separate from the living area. I really liked the room.
My Rating: 4 stars
Value Range: $150-$225 CAD per night
My Recommendation: Stay on Good Rate

Located at Hastings and Seymour in Vancouver. The hotel is a short walk to Gastown and to the Trade and Convention Center.
Amenities
Nice fitness center.
Service
The staff were friendly. No issues here. They also have cookies for you.
Elevator Speed
No issues with the elevator.
Atmosphere
The common areas of the hotel aren’t too happening or unique, but the rooms are great.
Bed Comfort
The bed was great and the bedding good too.
Internet
Complimentary internet. Yes! Delta is a chain hotel that I can see eye-to-eye with.
Room Cleanliness
The room was spic and span.
Toiletries
The usual boring Delta hotels toiletries. Adequate.
Family Friendly
The hotel is family friendly. The location is a little more gritty though, but certainly safe. It wouldn’t be my first choice for a family holiday.

This is a typical business priced hotel ($200-$250 CAD per night). Good rates can be found off-peak.
